Originally from Australia, and having spent several years in Scotland, Scott is a keen cook and golfer. He enjoys experimenting with unusual ingredients and has already sampled many of the culinary delicacies hong Kong has to offer. scott prefers not to comment on his golf, but it is safe to say that he keeps the ball manufacturers busy...
