Fairfield Gardens Shopping Centre has taken out the 2011 Retail Property of the Year award at this year's Property Council of Australia Queensland Retail Property Awards.

After doing it tough following the Queensland floods this year, the Centre Owners (Yu Feng) management (Retail First) and retailers have worked hard to get Fairfield Gardens back in action and winning this award.

As well as the Retail Property of the Year award, Fairfield Gardens also took out the Excellence in Presentation and Excellence in Marketing for Neighbourhood and Strip Centres under 10,000 square meters.

Barry.Nilsson. Lawyers congratulates Yu Feng, Retail First and the retailers at Fairfield Gardens on these awards.

Barry.Nilsson. Lawyers is proud to have played our supporting role as lawyers in what has been a fantastic effort from all concerned.
