- Emerson Electric Co.: Advising Emerson Electric Co., a US-based global manufacturing and technology company, on all aspects of product-related environmental law (REACH, CLP, WEEE, RoHS, Ecodesign).
- French Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy: Advising on a PPP contract called "Ecotaxe" (HGV eco-tax), an ecological taxation system which could affect all goods vehicles weighing more than 3.5 tons driving in France, be they French or foreign.
- French railways SNCF and the Public Transport Authority of Ile de France: Advising on potential innovative schemes to set up subsidiaries in order to finance the purchase of railway rolling stock, including transportation regulatory issues.
- Islamic Development Bank: Advising the Islamic Development Bank on the drafting of the Moroccan decree of the PPP law, including preparing an analysis of PPP legislation best practices in various countries, with a view to upgrading Morocco's PPP legal framework and developing PPP projects.
- Local public authority of the Moselle: Advising the local public authority of the Moselle on a public service delegation to develop electric vehicles and foster electric mobility, in particular cross-border mobility between France, Luxembourg and Germany. This is a unique development project which is based on the smart electric drive, a zero-emission electric vehicle, and moves towards low-carbon mobility.
- Major global ferroalloys producer: Advising and providing monitoring support to ensure full compliance with the EU REACH and CLP Regulations on various ferroalloys produced by a non-EU manufacturer (CHEMK) and imported into the EU, including assisting with the designation and functions of the Only Representative (OR), the (pre-)registration of respective chemical substances within ECHA, the interactions with relevant REACH consortia, the classification, labelling and SDS compliance, and with various other EU regulatory issues. The most recent assignment also includes re-classification of ferrosilicon alloys as dangerous goods for international transportation purposes.
- Major Russian industry Association: Advising on the amendments of the obligatory requirements on formaldehyde content/emissions under the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus "On Safety of Furniture Products," including assisting during intergovernmental consultations within the Eurasian Economic Commission and with regard to potential legislative proceedings in the in the Court of the Eurasian Economic Community.
- Metabolic Balance GmbH: Advising on the legal framework to introduce a new personalized weight management program called metabolic balance® in France, in particular providing regulatory advice in the healthcare and IP sectors.
