March 12, 2018 (Boston) – International law firm Proskauer advised Newbury Partners on the closing of Newbury Equity Partners IV (NEP IV), which exceeded both its target and its original hard cap, closing on more than $1.4 billion in commitments. NEP IV will target privately-negotiated, small and mid-sized transactions in the secondary market.
Newbury Partners specializes in acquiring buyout, venture capital, special situations, mezzanine and fund-of-funds limited partnership interests in the secondary market, working with sellers and reviewing investments across the global private equity market in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Latin America.
