JSA Advocates and Solicitors (JSA) advised National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development, Axis Bank Limited and PTC India Financial Services Limited in connection with the financing of telecommunications infrastructure comprising high-speed, ultra-low-latency, multi-path resilient optic fibre cable (OFC) networks and related digital infrastructure to enable seamless data centre-to-data centre (DC-to-DC) connectivity across identified routes by Space World Digital Solutions Private Limited (SWDL) and its subsidiary P2P Networks Private Limited (P2P).
