Foley Hoag has been named a finalist in The American Lawyer's 2026 Industry Awards, which recognize the legal profession's most impactful achievements, innovative approaches, and outstanding leaders from the past year.
The firm was recognized as a finalist in the Media Advocacy Award category for the launch of its First Amendment and Media Practice Group and the addition of prominent First Amendment litigators Michael Grygiel, Kelly McNamee, and Christina Hernsdorf. The new practice builds on Foley Hoag's longstanding commitment to free expression, civil liberties, government accountability, and public access to information.
Winners will be announced at The American Lawyer's Industry Awards gala on November 12, 2026, at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City.
