Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Igneo Infrastructure Partners on a significant transaction in Germany's waste management sector, involving the acquisition of a majority stake in Neumann Group, a prominent Incineration Bottom Ash recycling platform.

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader has advised Igneo on its entry into a binding agreement to acquire a majority stake in Neumann Group, a leading Incineration Bottom Ash recycling platform in Germany, providing essential services to Energy-from-Waste operators.

The Hogan Lovells Cadwalader team advising on the transaction was led by partners Tim Heitling and Thomas Doermer, with partners Rebecca Crowley and Carla Luh leading on the financing aspects.
