The firm was ranked at the top after completing 13 transactions in the first half of this year. Notable deals include:
- Brookfield Asset Management in its US$1 billion public offering of senior notes, including US$550 million of 4.832% notes due 2030 and a US$450 million re-opening of its 5.298% notes due 2036
- 407 International in its C$1 billion public offering of medium term notes, including C$500 million of 4.48% Series 26-A1, due 2036, and C$500 million of 5.06% Series 26-A2, due 2056
- Manulife in its S$500 million private placement offering of 2.880% subordinated notes, due 2036, in Singapore
- Innovation Federal Credit Union in its C$150 million private placement of 4.225% senior fixed rate deposit notes, due 2028
