Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Dentalcorp, one of the largest and fastest-growing networks of dental practices in North America, on its acquisition of Northstar Dental Partners, one of Florida’s most respected dental groups, known for the quality of its practices and the strength of its clinical and support teams.
This acquisition serves as Dentalcorp’s first entry into the US market and expands its footprint with Northstar’s 21 supported dental practices serving thousands of patients across Florida.
This news comes after Dentalcorp announced its acquisition by investment funds affiliated with GTCR earlier this year.
