Global law firm McDermott Will & Schulte represented Heritage Valley Health System in its affiliation with Allegheny Health Network and its parent company, Highmark Health. This agreement brings the health system, its hospitals, dozens of clinical locations, and hundreds of physicians into the expansive western Pennsylvania-based network.
Post-affiliation, Allegheny Health Network expands its footprint to 16 full-service, acute-care inpatient facilities, employing approximately 27,000 people.
