The Technology team advised Topaz Labs in its entry into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Adobe (Nasdaq: ADBE), a global technology leader in creativity, productivity, and customer experiences. Topaz Labs, an AI company specializing in industry-leading video and image enhancement models, will be integrated across Adobe's creative AI portfolio, giving creatives the ability to enhance footage, restore and remaster archival content, and blend AI-generated and traditionally captured content into seamless final productions. Known for industry-leading products like Topaz Photo, Topaz Video, Topaz Gigapixel, Astra, and Bloom, the company invests heavily in research and development, advancing the future of image and video quality.
