Carey Olsen is pleased to announce the appointment of senior associate Joey Tam and associate Siew Rong Liu to the firm's Singapore office.
Joey Tam brings experience from Dentons Rodyk & Davidson LLP, where she practised in the investment funds group within the firm’s corporate practice. Joey advises clients on fund management licensing and regulatory matters, fund structuring, formation and offerings, investor negotiations and fund due diligence. She has experience with onshore and offshore fund structures, including Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Jersey and Singapore structures.
Siew Rong Liu practised at Drew & Napier before joining Carey Olsen, where she advised on and conducted litigation across all levels of the Singapore courts. She has acted in complex domestic and cross‑border disputes involving fraud, fiduciary duties, shareholder and minority oppression claims, trust and estate disputes, and criminal matters, and has represented clients in mediations, interlocutory applications and trials.
