Community associations attorney Madeline Williams will present at the upcoming Wilmington Spring Education + Networking Event hosted by the Community Associations Institute North Carolina Chapter.
The event will take place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Madeline will co-present a session titled “The Long Game: Engineering Confidence for the Community’s Future” alongside Richard Holt of Giles Flythe Engineers. Together, they will explore long-term planning strategies that help community associations build stability, manage risk, and make informed decisions that support sustainable growth.
Designed for community managers, the session will offer practical insights into strengthening governance, planning for future capital needs, and fostering confidence among members. Attendees will earn one Continuing Education Unit (CEU) for participating.
