Foley Hoag achieved a perfect score ranking on the Human Rights
Campaign's 2026 Corporate Equality Index for the twelfth year
in a row. Businesses receiving a rating of 100 percent in the
report are recognized by the Human Rights Campaign as a leader in
LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion.
"We are proud to be recognized with this honor yet again,
which is a direct reflection of our commitment to creating a
workplace where every member of our firm can bring their whole
selves to work and thrive," said Managing Partner Hathaway
Russell.
The firm earned the 100 percent rating as a result of its
commitment to four main criteria as described by the Human Rights
Campaign:
- non-discrimination policies across business entities;
- equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families;
- supporting an inclusive culture; and
- outreach and engagement.
The Corporate Equality Index serves as a national benchmark for corporate policies, practices, and benefits, tracking more than two decades of sustained progress and illustrating how employers continue to strengthen their commitments to workplace equality.
