LOS ANGELES (March 2, 2026) – Holland & Knight represented CFO's Domain, a nationwide consulting and recruiting firm specializing in office of the CFO advisory services, in its sale to SolomonEdwards, a national professional services firm and portfolio company of Renovus Capital Partners. The transaction was announced on February 26.
The acquisition expands SolomonEdwards' finance and accounting consulting capabilities, strengthens its presence in California and enhances its ability to provide integrated solutions to finance leaders across a wide range of high‑growth industries. CFO's Domain clients will gain access to SolomonEdwards' broader capabilities across data and risk solutions, while SolomonEdwards clients will benefit from expanded consulting depth and recruiting capabilities within finance organizations.
Los Angeles-based CFO's Domain provides consulting, interim employee placement and professional search services across accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence and analytics, financial systems, initial public offering (IPO) readiness, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and post-merger integration, restructuring and project management.
