MILWAUKEE – Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) is pleased to announce the appointment of Attorney Collin West as a member of the Zoological Society of Milwaukee's Associate Board. He will serve a three-year term, with an option for reelection.
The Zoological Society of Milwaukee is a nonprofit organization that raises money for local, regional and international conservation efforts, and supports the Milwaukee County Zoo. The Associate Board oversees the fundraising events for the Zoological Society. Members have fiduciary responsibility and represent the organization in the community, volunteering their time throughout the year.
West is a corporate attorney who represents private equity firms and other investors as well as public and closely held businesses in strategic transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, investments and debt and equity-based financings. Collin has significant experience managing these transactions with emerging growth and middle-market businesses across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, technology and software.
