Canadian Lawyer reports on Bennett Jones hiring Leanne Krawchuk, Dean Koumanakos, and Ben Rogers as its new equity partners.
Leanne will operate from Edmonton, while Dean and Ben will work from Montréal and Calgary, respectively. They bolster the firm’s energy, mining and mergers and acquisitions practices.
Chief executive officer Dominique Hussey highlighted Krawchuk, Koumanakos and Rogers’ leadership experience and industry expertise. Bennett Jones board and executive chair John Mercury said that energy, mining and M&A formed “an essential part of the firm's DNA.”
