Cleveland, Ohio (December 12, 2025) - Cleveland Partners Tera Edwards and Brad Barmen obtained a full defense verdict in a case in Milwaukee concerning a compressed natural gas (CNG) tank explosion that caused the plaintiff to undergo a bilateral leg amputation. The plaintiff's counsel, a well-known and well-traveled professional from Los Angeles, kept increasing his non-negotiable demand throughout the trial. The demand stood at $20 million before the team picked a jury and was increased to $30 million after the close of evidence.
