BREMER advised Honeywell International Inc., Johnson Matthey Davy Technologies Limited, Johnson Matthey Chemicals GmbH, and Johnson Matthey Process Technologies, Inc and successfully represented them in procuring a merger control clearance from the General Authority for Competition (GAC), and the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA).
