Our Partners Pierre Turrettini and Vincent Berger had the pleasure of speaking yesterday at FER Genève, alongside Delphine Bachmann, State Councillor in charge of the Department of Economy, Employment and Energy (DEE), Yannick Coulange, Managing Director of Michael Page Switzerland, and Arnaud Bürgin, Managing Director of FER Genève, at a conference entitled: 'Incentive Plans – A Strategic Tool for Retaining Your Talent'.

Following an introduction addressing the HR challenges faced by SMEs today, Pierre Turrettini and Vincent Berger presented employee incentive plans, a key pillar of employee engagement. They outlined the different existing schemes, their specific features and the tax aspects to be considered for optimal implementation.

Many thanks to FER Genève for this wonderful collaboration, and to all participants for the insightful exchanges and their interest in this key topic of talent retention.
