On 25–26 September, Almaty hosted the 15th Kazakhstan Legal Forum. The KP Disputes team served as a co-organiser of the Tax Forum and the Dispute Resolution section. Speakers included judges from various court instances, a Member of the Mazhilis (Lower House of Parliament), representatives of international businesses, and lawyers from Kazakhstani and foreign consulting firms.
KP Disputes Tax Forum
The Tax Forum was held in three sessions:
- The New Tax Code: key risks and business expectations
- The Code of Integrity: decoding Kazakhstan's new GAAR through the lens of global experience — Russia, China, the USA, the Netherlands
- Tax and customs disputes: trends and prospects

As part of the KLF, KP Disputes presented its practical guide "Tax Disputes: A Judicial Practice Guide. Part 1. Effective Application of the Administrative Procedural Code."
