Your Legal Partners acted for Eurobank as lender to the winning consortium, comprising AKTOR CONCESSIONS and AVAX S.A., in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the "Restoration and Modernization of the Irrigation Network of the Local Organization of Land Reclamation of Tavropos." This landmark € 120 million project aims to reinforce and upgrade the irrigation infrastructure in the Thessalia region, which suffered extensive damage from Storm Daniel. The project is partially financed by the Greek State through European Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) funds, highlighting its strategic importance and public impact. Your Legal Partners acted as Greek law legal advisor to the lender (LLA) and is responsible for conducting legal due diligence on the project, drafting and negotiating the Greek law finance documentation, and coordinating with the English law legal advisor overseeing the hedging arrangements, providing comments and negotiating key project documentation, monitoring the fulfilment of conditions precedent for drawdowns, and issuing the relevant legal opinions to support financial close.
