Following an important real estate transaction, the Complexe Vision, a real estate complex located in the heart of Lebourgneuf, a thriving business district in Québec City, was sold to a new group of owners. Spanning five floors and close to 215,000 square feet, the building is a central part of the area's real estate landscape.
Langlois is proud to have represented the majority of the sellers in the sale. This impressive transaction, valued in the tens of millions of dollars, spanned several months and involved a high level of complexity.
Langlois played a key role in managing this sophisticated deal. Under the leadership of Pierre-Hubert Séguin, the M&A team handling the matter consisted of François-Alexandre Marois, Angelica Clément, Vincent Tremblay, Bruno Racine (tax), and Irmine Bétékoua.
