Passionate about public and administrative law, Clovis stands out with his impressive career path. His strong interest in constitutional law led him to serve as Parliamentary Counsel and Assistant Clerk for the National Assembly of Québec. He has also clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal of Québec.
Clovis advises clients on a variety of matters, including judicial review applications, challenges to administrative decisions, and public contracts.
With a certificate in transnational law from the University of Geneva, Clovis also brings an international and nuanced perspective to the complex cases he handles.
