Inclusion for All (IFA), launched in 2021, is Gowling WLG's five-year strategy that aims to ensure that all its people feel included and a sense of belonging. Importantly, it recognises that everyone has a part to play in making the firm truly diverse and inclusive.
While the strategy focuses on firm wide activity, it also ensures that every team at Gowling WLG is enforcing positive change and contributing to the firm's goals by delivering and implementing annual action plans. Since IFA was introduced in 2021, the firm has seen positive improvement in the engagement of its people across its activities.
Sally Glarvey, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Gowling WLG, commented: "Inclusion for All is at the heart of everything we do at Gowling WLG.
