Wednesday, 9 July 2025 – CMS INDUSLAW advised long-standing clients Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners on Meesho's strategic reverse flip and re-domiciliation from the United States of America to India.
The transaction involved the reverse flip of Meesho Inc., a Delaware-incorporated entity, into its Indian operating company, Meesho Limited (formerly known as Fashnear Technologies Private Limited). The restructuring was implemented via a cross-border merger under the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) route, making it one of the few such transactions to be undertaken in the Indian startup ecosystem.
