Wednesday, 9 July 2025 – CMS INDUSLAW advised long-standing clients Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners on Meesho's strategic reverse flip and re-domiciliation from the United States of America to India.

The restructuring was implemented via a cross-border merger under the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) route, making it one of the few such transactions to be undertaken in the Indian startup ecosystem.

The CMS INDUSLAW Bangalore team advising Elevation Capital comprised Stuti Agarwal, Partner; Nishihi Shah, Principal Associate; Aparimita Choudhary, Associate, and Akrama Javed, Associate, with strategic inputs from Suneeth Katarki, Founding & Senior Partner; and Kaushik Mukherjee, Partner (Mumbai).
