AZB & Partners is acting for TPG on its acquisition of a 35% stake in SCHOTT Poonawalla Private Limited, from the Serum Institute of India Private Limited (SII). SCHOTT Poonawalla Pvt Ltd is a joint venture of SCHOTT Pharma and SII, part of the Cyrus Poonawalla Group.
