private client trust company business, which has particular
expertise in digital assets.
Investment Funds & Corporate partner Dilmun Leach and senior counsel Sarah Townsend assisted Cavenwell on their successful trust company business registration through the Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC).
The newly established Jersey business will provide bespoke, digitally enabled global wealth structuring and administration solutions to entrepreneurs, HNW individuals and their families.
