The FFA Board stated, "[Ann] brings exceptional experience, global perspective, and a commitment to advancing the fund finance industry. [Her] leadership will help shape the future of the FFA as we continue to evolve in an increasingly dynamic market."

A seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, Ann is the global head of Mayer Brown's Fund Finance team, where she advises global financial institutions, alternative lenders, private funds, sponsors, and portfolio companies on complex financings. She advises on financing strategies across all levels of the capital structure and throughout every stage of a fund's lifecycle. Known for her innovative approach, Ann has led several landmark transactions, including the first Environmental, Social, and Governance subscription facility in the United States and major portfolio leverage financings for secondary funds.

Ann's appointment to the Board of Directors of FFA reflects her deep commitment to advancing the industry and empowering women in finance. She currently serves as a Global Co-Chair of Women in Fund Finance and, is a former member of the FFA's US Advisory Board and was honored with the FFA's "Woman in Fund Finance" award in 2021.
