She also represents employers before administrative tribunals, in grievance arbitrations, and in civil courts.

Efficient and dedicated to her clients' best interests, Julie-Ann provides pragmatic advice and leverages her analytical skills to evaluate all potential courses of action.

A passionate lawyer, Andréanne’s practice spans several areas of law, with a primary focus on employment and labour law. She provides strategic advice to both provincially and federally regulated employers on a broad range of matters, including hiring, terminations, labour standards, and human rights and freedoms, in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.

Over the years, she has also developed significant experience in matters involving restrictive covenants.

Throughout her career, Andréanne has represented clients before administrative tribunals as well as civil courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Marie-Claude Nantel-Huot

She works with both provincially and federally regulated companies.

Before joining Langlois, Marie-Claude held key positions within the legal departments of major organizations, including overseeing labour and employment law practices nationwide for a global technology company. She also served as the employer spokesperson in collective bargaining negotiations in the retail sector.

We are delighted to welcome them and wish them all the best as they join our team!
