National (April 14, 2025) – Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG) welcomes Lauren Fishman as eDiscovery Practice Lead, and Corry Lomer as Counsel, eDiscovery Services, further strengthening our ability to deliver strategic and innovative discovery solutions.

Joining as practice lead of our growing national eDiscovery group, Lauren Fishman brings over 15 years of eDiscovery experience with a particular focus on the intersection of law and technology. Lauren is recognized for her deep understanding of complex eDiscovery and data management matters and her innovative approaches to managing and streamlining these processes – from identification and preservation, through to the analysis and production of large data sets using advanced review tools. She is committed to providing clients with cutting-edge solutions by leveraging emerging legal technologies, including artificial intelligence, to increase the efficiency and accuracy of legal processes. Lauren also advises clients on information governance strategies that reduce risk, support compliance, and streamline future discovery efforts.

"Lauren is highly skilled at using advanced technology to quickly and efficiently uncover the most important details in a case," said Graham Walker, co-head of BLG's Disputes Group. "She's also a respected leader who will guide our eDiscovery team in supporting clients through complex legal challenges with confidence."

Corry Lomer, a former associate in BLG's Commercial Litigation Group and most recently, an eDiscovery lawyer with BLG Beyond, brings a broad skill set spanning corporate law, commercial and civil litigation, legal research, and legal writing. She provides document review and other file support services, with experience reviewing, analyzing, organizing, and reporting on documents related to large-scale transactions and production orders.

"We're thrilled to welcome Corry back to the firm," said Trish Morrison, co-head of BLG's Disputes Group. "Corry's broad legal background and strategic approach will enhance our ability to support clients. Along with Lauren's experience and leadership, their unique strengths will play a key role in advancing our team's capabilities."
