Arnold & Porter advised 111Skin Limited, a London-based brand that bridges the gap between plastic surgery and skincare, on securing a significant minority investment from SKKY Partners, a consumer-focused private equity firm founded by Jay Sammons and Kim Kardashian.
The investment will allow 111Skin to enhance its direct-to-consumer business and expand its customer base in key markets, including North America and Asia, where the brand has experienced substantial growth. In addition, the deal marks SKKY Partners' first substantial entry into the beauty sector, aligning with the firm's mission to support distinctive, growth-oriented brands. The deal closed on January 24, 2025.
