Pallett Valo welcomes Jeremy Power to its Construction Law Team.
Jeremy has practiced as a construction and infrastructure lawyer for clients in both Canada and the United States. He represents clients across all levels of the construction pyramid and in various infrastructure sectors, including in the area of renewable energy.
Known for his solutions-oriented approach, Jeremy drafts and negotiates complex construction agreements—including CCDC, EPC and LTSA agreements that mitigate risk and drive successful project execution. He uses the same approach to assist clients in dealing with construction and infrastructure disputes either through negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration or litigation.
Prior to joining Pallett Valo LLP, he was involved in integrating AI to transform risk management and contract administration within the construction industry.
