TMF Group, a leading global provider of compliance and administrative services, today announced the acquisition of Japan Outsourcing Solutions KK (JOS), a Tokyo-based company specialising in accounting, incorporations and payroll solutions.
This acquisition underscores TMF Group’s drive to strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, following the recent acquisitions of Vasco Trustees in Australia, Seamless Global in India, and Nexia STT in Vietnam.
