Series B funding round of Exploring Infinities Edtech Private Limited (which is engaged in the business of designing and operating experiential math learning programs, courses and brain training games, on an online portal).

The Firm assisted Z3Partners in reviewing and finalization of the transaction documents and the closing process for the investment.
