A Jenner & Block team advised Saothair Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market manufacturing and industrial companies, in their acquisition of a majority equity stake in Pioneer Window Holdings, Inc ("Pioneer") through a newly-formed affiliate.
Pioneer is a leading manufacturer and installer of highly engineered, custom aluminum and glass façade systems in the New York City metropolitan area. The deal will provide Pioneer the additional resources to strengthen their processes and capabilities while delivering high-effective results to customers.
