The inaugural meeting of the Cayman Islands Family Law Bar
Association took place on Friday, 19th February. The Association,
created to represent the interest and views of the practising
members of the Family Bar, is the first of its kind in Cayman.
Membership is open to all attorneys and articled clerks practicing
family law in the Cayman Islands.
David McGrath, managing partner of Samson & McGrath, was
elected Chairman of the CIFLBA, along with a committee comprised of
four other family law attorneys.
