Kansas City (October 15, 2024) — Lathrop GPM is pleased to announce that Associate Kristen Koerber was recently selected to the Ingram's 20 in Their Twenties 2024 list. The annual feature recognizes the achievements of the area's young entrepreneurs and identifies young professionals with promise, who demonstrates entrepreneurial qualities and thinking.
Koerber is an associate in the firm's Business Transactions and Real Estate practice groups. Her practice focuses on representing municipalities, developers, investors, financial institutions, governmental bodies and other public and private entities in all aspects of real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, development and construction of real property.
In 2023, Koerber was recognized with the Emerging Leader Award by Commercial Real Estate Women Kansas City (CREW KC), a professional association in which she is actively involved. She is also a member of the Association for Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City, National Association of Bond Lawyers and UMKC Law Young Alumni Committee. She received her J.D. from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law in 2021.
