Schoenherr advised investment firm Knight Capital in the EUR10m financing round of the Vienna-based company iDWELL. Specialising in the optimisation of property management through artificial intelligence, iDWELL is rapidly establishing itself as a leading player in the PropTech sector.
The lead investor in this round was Knight Capital, headquartered in the Netherlands, with existing investors Flashpoint Venture and Wecken & Cie. also participating. The investment will be used to accelerate iDWELL's growth and further develop its intelligent property management platform, the company stated.
Founded in 2017, iDWELL currently manages over 1.5 million property units in the DACH region and serves more than 750 customers with its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution. The platform aims to enhance efficiency and transparency in property management by connecting all stakeholders on a central platform, facilitating efficient communication and management. The fresh money from the current financing round will help the company accelerate product development and expand its international market presence.
