The Paris Private Equity team advised Camusat Holding, a portfolio company of Equistone Partners Europe, on a €81 million mezzanine investment with Vantage Capital and Eurazeo. The transaction will allow the refinancing of Camusat Holding’s existing debt and the financing of future capital expenditures.
Camusat is a leading telecommunications player managing fully integrated and sustainable business models for the deployment and management of telecom infrastructure whilst championing the decarbonization of mobile network operators (MNOs).
