Lewis Silkin was honoured with the award for Wales Private
Equity/Venture Capital Deal of the Year at the Insider's Wales
Dealmakers Awards 2024 for its role advising BGF on its £4
million additional investment in Victorian Sliders transaction
worth £4 million. This deal is set to help Victorian Sliders
– the largest manufacturer of vertical sliding windows in
Europe – with accelerating its growth initiatives as it
continues to develop a more environmentally friendly window
system.
