David's practice is focused on all aspects of competition law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, marketing and distribution practices, criminal and civil investigations, and compliance matters. He also advises on national security reviews and foreign investment merger reviews under the Investment Canada Act.
His work covers a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, energy, communications, financial services, chemicals, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and transportation.
