You are cordially invited to join Holland & Knight's Women in White Collar and the American Bar Association's (ABA) Criminal Justice Section for a presentation titled "New DOJ Disclosure Policies: How They Will Impact You."
This informative event will begin with a brief prerecorded discussion with Deputy Assistant Attorney General Lisa H. Miller from Washington, D.C., about the latest U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) disclosure policies offering incentives for corporations to disclose possible criminal wrongdoing. The discussion also will include information about the DOJ's recent Corporate Whistleblower Awards Pilot Program, which was announced in August 2024.
Both DOJ initiatives affect financial institutions, healthcare institutions and companies of all types, and our panelists in Miami will discuss the practical implications of the policies across all industries and sectors. Those not in the Miami area can join the discussion virtually on Zoom.
For those in South Florida, we hope to see you in person for this informative presentation. Our discussion will be followed by a reception that will include drinks, light bites and the chance to network with other professionals, attorneys and general counsels.
