Communardo is a leading full-service provider for the modern workplace in the DACH region. Communardo currently employs over 320 people at ten locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Albania. The acquirers of the investment are funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital. PROM12 and the management team of Communardo will remain invested in Communardo. The completion of the transaction is still subject to the approval of the relevant antitrust authorities.
