Global law firm K&L Gates advised SharkNinja, the global home technology company, in its letting at 50 Electric Boulevard in London's Battersea Power Station. SharkNinja is the first tenant of this Foster + Partners designed building, which was completed earlier this year, and SharkNinja will take occupation in the autumn. The new office space will accommodate 320 employees on two floors comprising 32,000 square feet.

The recently signed leases expand SharkNinja's presence in the Battersea Power Station development, which already includes a 25,000 square foot office inside the Grade II* listed Power Station, and a brand and demonstration testing facility on Arches Lane. The existing and new offices, together with the testing facility, form the brand's new Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) headquarters.

K&L Gates served as SharkNinja's law firm in negotiating and completing the letting. London partner Christian Major led the transaction, assisted by London senior associates Jim Alexander and Rebecca Daniels and associates Alex Currie and James Kane.

Christian Major said "We extend our congratulations to SharkNinja on completing its letting at 50 Electric Boulevard and creating its new EMEA headquarters. This is a significant instruction for our tenant representation team and we were delighted to help SharkNinja see the project through to a successful conclusion."

Lawyers in K&L Gates' large, diversified Real Estate practice advise clients in a variety of real estate investment, site selection, tenant representation, economic incentives, land use, planning and zoning, development and construction, financing, leasing, tax, and litigation matters around the world.
