Mike is a partner in Lawson Lundell's Vancouver office and practices primarily in commercial litigation with an emphasis on all types of construction disputes, including delay claims, building defect claims, cost overruns, consultant liability, and surety claims. Mike also has considerable experience with commercial and residential real estate disputes including collapsing real estate transactions.
