Lucas’ practice focuses on tax advice and planning, particularly in the context of local and international corporate reorganizations and acquisitions/sales. With an approach based on a pragmatic analysis of tax and business efficiency imperatives, he addresses his clients’ critical issues before they can become cause for concern. Active in the tax community, Lucas is a frequent speaker and author, and is also involved with the next generation of tax professionals, teaching the principles of taxation at the Université de Montréal.
