Vancouver (Canada) – Alison Oxtoby is now a partner in the Estate Planning group at Fasken, based in the BC region.
Alison's practice is focused on wealth management, estate planning, trusts, and tax-driven corporate reorganizations. She works with high-net-worth individuals, families and owner-managers to develop customized strategies to manage and transfer wealth. She began her career with Fasken in 1996 as an articling student, progressing through roles as an associate and then partner, and returning as Counsel in 2021.
