We are back from the INTA Leadership- Houston with Serra Coral with good memories.

The Board adopted 4 resolutions in the Leadership for the following topics :

*Monetary Relief for Trademark Violations Resolution

*Resolution Establishing a Framework for Protecting Consumers from Third-Party Sales of Counterfeit Goods via Online Marketplaces,

*Amendments to INTA's Guidelines for Trademark Examination,

*U.S. Registration of Cannabis Trademarks Resolution

It was good to see the recent Turkey delegation visit of September was mentioned in the opening ceremonies by Jomarie Fredericks and Etienne Sanz de Acedo .

INTA had signed cooperation agreements with Türkiye Exporters Assembly - Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi and YASED International Investors Association and organized joint event with TÜRKPATENT during the delegation visit in September 2023.

The program, panels, committee meetings were outstanding as usual. Thank you International Trademark Association (INTA) for hosting more than 1650 members only for the Leadership.
