CHICAGO (September 7, 2023) – Holland & Knight advised Ensemble Health Partners, the leading revenue cycle management company for hospitals, health systems and physician practices, in the divestiture of its Odeza patient engagement business to TeleVox, a subsidiary of West Technology Group. The deal was announced September 5.
With the completion of this acquisition, TeleVox will integrate the Odeza platform into its comprehensive suite of communications solutions dedicated to healthcare providers.
